FHA Loan
An FHA loan is typically for a buyer with a bit of extra debt than usual, below a 700 credit score, and wants to come in with 3.5% down.

This loan is typically for a buyer that has great credit above 700+ FICO score, low debt, great job stability, and can come in with a minimum of a 5% down payment.

This loan is for qualified veterans to take out VA loans. With this loan, we can get a credit score as low as 550 FICO, high debt, no down payment, and no monthly mortgage insurance.
